Today let’s make this super quick & easy Korean Spicy Cucumber Salad (Oi Muchim)! It takes less than 2 minutes to prepare!

Korean Spicy Cucumber Kimchi Salad

Ingredients

1 English cucumber, cut into thin slices
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Korean hot pepper flakes

Instruction

Combine 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 of teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon of Korean hot pepper flakes. Mix well. Then add cucumber slices and toss to coat.
