Nutella Mug Cake Recipe

1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 tablespoons of Nutella
6 tablespoons of self-rising flour

Directions:
In a bowl or a mug, slightly beat 1 egg. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix until smooth. Then add 3 tablespoons of water, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 3 tablespoons of Nutella. Mix them. Then add 6 tablespoons self-rising flour and whisk until smooth (if you can’t find self-rising flour, you can also use all purpose flour, and just add a teaspoon of baking powder in the mixture). Microwave it for 1 minute. Top with whipped cream and some chocolate chips if desired.

  1. can we use corn oil instead of veg oil
    can we use butter instead of oil,if so hw much butter we can use

      Yes, you can use corn oil instead of veg oil. But butter will be another story. Because if you use butter than you will have to add extra spoons of liquid as well like milk or just water. 🙂

  2. I tried the cook,,felt more of cocoa flavour cn we reduce Nutella r I hv to melt the Nutella before mixing
